• Birth Certificate (Original & Copy)
• Previous School Transcripts / Report Cards
• Transfer Certificate (TC) from previous school
• 4 Passport-sized Photographs of the student
• Proof of Residence (Aadhar/Passport/Utility Bill)
• Medical Fitness Certificate
